FIAL is a foundation established under Law 50/2002 of December 26^th on Foundations. It is a private non-profit foundation whose patrimony is affected, in a lasting way, to the realisation of the general interest objectives that are detailed in its bylaws.

FIAL aims to be the reference in the field of Artificial Intelligence, robotics and related technologies in the legal world. An advanced center for thinking and generating legal knowledge in the technological field at the service of judicial, administrative and conflict resolution systems in general, capable of addressing practical application development projects that help the decision-making process with AI tools.

FIAL is composed of a Board of Trustees and two Advisory Councils. The academic advisory council and the business advisory council and collaborating entities. Both councils are composed of people of particular importance in the academic, professional, cultural or social scene, as well as those companies and private or public institutions linked to our objectives.
